*Deadline to order technical services from the venue: Electricity, Wi-Fi, water, parking spaces, and slings by November 19, 2025.
*Boutique closing: November 20 at 5:00 PM.
*20% surcharge on certain items starting from: November 24, 2025.
*From November 24, 2025, technical services will need to be ordered directly at the exhibitor reception located in Reception A, subject to availability.
*Deadline to order technical services from the venue: Electricity, Wi-Fi, water, parking spaces, and slings by November 19, 2025.
