The BIVB wanted to make a simple tool available to the 3,200 companies in the Burgundy wine industry, which would provide a real service. WinePilot co-constructs specific indicators with the professionals and implements a scientific synthesis committee in order to develop a carbon footprint calculation platform for the different types of marketers.
